Yes, all Rains products are designed to withstand moderate to heavy rainfall. Our signature PU fabric is engineered with ultrasonic welded seams to ensure a water column pressure of at least 4000mm.
How should I clean and maintain my Rains jacket?
We recommend using a damp cloth and mild soap for surface cleaning. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, or ironing, as high heat and agitation can damage the waterproof coating.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
